The four steps
Step 1: Tell us what you need
Message us on WhatsApp, email us or use the enquiry form. Tell us your level, goals and the type of support you are looking for.
Step 2: Discuss the support you need
We review your enquiry and clarify the type and scope of support that may be appropriate.
Step 3: Agree scope, fees and timescale
Before work begins, we confirm the agreed service, format, fee and expected timescale.
Step 4: Receive your support
Receive the agreed tutoring, mentoring, guidance or editorial support, with follow-up where included in the agreed scope.

What to include in your enquiry
- Your subject and level of study (or the level you are applying for)
- The stage your project or application has reached
- The type of support you are looking for
- Any requirements, such as a referencing style or your institution’s rules on outside help
- Your target deadline, if you have one
Good to know
Support is shaped to the service
Depending on what is agreed, support may take the form of tutoring or guidance sessions, written feedback, editorial support, learning resources or an ongoing mentoring programme. Not every service involves live sessions.
Follow-up is part of the agreed scope
Any further review or follow-up support is provided where it is included in the agreed scope.
Payment terms are confirmed in advance
Available payment methods and payment terms will be confirmed as part of your quotation or service agreement. Work normally begins once the agreed payment requirements have been met.
