This notice explains how we collect, use, share, store and protect personal information when you visit this website or contact us, including enquiries and the documents you send us.

Last updated: 2 October 2026

1. Who we are

RSI Consultants is operated by AMMAR IRHOMA L.L.C-FZ (Licence No. 2417309.01), a UAE company licensed in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with its registered address at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this notice, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to AMMAR IRHOMA L.L.C-FZ.

AMMAR IRHOMA L.L.C-FZ decides how and why the personal information described in this notice is used, and is responsible for it. You can contact us about privacy matters at orders@rsiconsultants.co.uk.

2. What this notice covers

This notice explains how we handle personal information when you visit this website and when you contact us through the enquiry form, by email or on WhatsApp. If you go on to use our services, your quotation or service agreement may give further information about how information is handled during that service.

3. Information we collect

Information you give us in the enquiry form. Your name and email address; your phone or WhatsApp number, country, academic level, subject or topic and target deadline, if you provide them; the type of support you are interested in; your message; and your confirmation that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy, with the date and time of your enquiry.

Documents you choose to upload. You can attach supporting documents to an enquiry, such as a brief, a draft, feedback or university guidance. We store these files together with their names, types and sizes.

Emails and WhatsApp messages. If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your contact details and the content of your messages, including any documents you send.

Technical information. When you visit this website, Cloudflare, which hosts it, may automatically process technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the website and keep it secure. When you use the enquiry form, Cloudflare Turnstile also processes technical information about your browser and connection to check that the enquiry is not automated spam. We do not use analytics or advertising tools to track your visit.

4. Information in your messages and documents

We do not ask for sensitive personal information, such as information about your health, beliefs or finances. However, the messages and documents you send us may contain personal information about you or other people, and sometimes sensitive information.

Please share only what is needed for your enquiry, and do not include sensitive information or other people’s personal information unless it is necessary. If you do include it, we use it only to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to provide the agreed service.

5. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • receive, review and respond to your enquiry;
  • understand the educational or academic support you are looking for, including from any documents you send;
  • communicate with you, and prepare a quotation or proposal if you ask for one;
  • provide the agreed service, if you go ahead;
  • keep appropriate business records;
  • keep our website and systems secure and prevent misuse; and
  • comply with our legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use the information in your enquiry to send you marketing, and we do not use it to make decisions about you by solely automated means.

7. Who we share information with

We use trusted service providers to run our website and business. They process information on our behalf, under contract and only as needed to provide their services to us:

  • Supabase provides the cloud database and private file storage where enquiries and uploaded documents are kept, and runs the server code that processes enquiry submissions;
  • Resend delivers an internal notification email to us when an enquiry is submitted. This email contains your enquiry details and the names, types and sizes of any files you uploaded, but not the files themselves;
  • Google provides our business email service (Google Workspace), where we receive these notifications and your emails;
  • Cloudflare hosts this website and provides Turnstile, the security check on our enquiry form that helps us block automated abuse.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp, a service operated by Meta, under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.

We may also share information with professional advisers, or where we are required to by law, a court or a public authority. We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

8. International processing

We are based in the United Arab Emirates and receive enquiries from many countries. Our service providers may process personal information in countries outside the United Arab Emirates and outside the country where you live. Where the law that applies requires safeguards for international transfers, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate contractual or other recognised protections, such as the data-processing terms offered by our service providers.

9. How we protect your information

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. For example, enquiry forms are protected by a security check, enquiry details are saved by our server, and documents are uploaded to private storage using one-time permissions issued by our server. Access is restricted, and uploaded documents are not publicly accessible and are not sent by email.

However, no method of transmitting or storing information over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it:

  • Enquiries that do not lead to an agreement: we keep the enquiry, including your confirmation that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy, for 12 months after our last meaningful contact with you. The internal notification email about your enquiry is kept for the same period.
  • Documents uploaded with an enquiry that does not lead to an agreement: we keep them for 6 months after our last meaningful contact with you.
  • If you become a client: we keep relevant records for the duration of our relationship and afterwards for as long as necessary to meet applicable legal, accounting, tax and contractual requirements and to resolve any disputes.

Our service providers may also keep limited technical records, such as email delivery logs, for periods set by their own services. At the end of the relevant period, we delete personal information or make it anonymous.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to:

  • ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
  • ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • ask us to delete your information;
  • ask us to restrict or stop using your information, or object to how we use it;
  • receive your information in a portable format, in some circumstances;
  • withdraw your consent, where we rely on consent; and
  • complain to a data protection authority, such as the authority where you live.

To make a request, email orders@rsiconsultants.co.uk. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and some rights are subject to legal exceptions, for example where we must keep information to meet a legal obligation.

12. Children and young people

Our services are intended for adults, and for parents or guardians enquiring on behalf of a student. If you are not yet an adult, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you. If you are enquiring on behalf of a young person, please share only the information needed for your enquiry.

13. Cookies and website technology

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking technologies. Its fonts are served from the website itself. The enquiry form loads Cloudflare Turnstile, the security check described above. If we introduce cookies or similar technologies, we will update this notice and, where required, ask for your consent first.

15. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time, for example when we change how we provide our services or how you can contact us. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised.
