1. About us and these terms
This website and the services described on it are provided by AMMAR IRHOMA L.L.C-FZ (Licence No. 2417309.01), a Limited Liability Company – Free Zone licensed in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with its registered address at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. RSI Consultants is operated by AMMAR IRHOMA L.L.C-FZ. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to AMMAR IRHOMA L.L.C-FZ, and “you” refers to the client or website user.
These terms apply to your use of this website and to any services we provide. Each service is also governed by the quotation or service agreement confirmed with you. If there is a conflict, the quotation or service agreement applies.
2. Nature of our services
RSI Consultants is an educational and academic consultancy. Our services, provided under the licensed activity Other Education (8540.00), may include:
- online private tutoring and academic support: one-to-one tutoring, academic skills and writing development;
- personalised mentoring programmes: structured guidance through individual sessions, short programmes or ongoing mentoring;
- research and PhD guidance: educational guidance on research topics, planning, methodology, data analysis, research progress and viva preparation;
- proofreading and academic development: proofreading, editorial feedback, formatting and referencing consistency;
- university and PhD admissions guidance: independent guidance on study options, applications, academic CVs, personal statements, research proposals and interviews;
- educational consultancy: personalised advice on educational planning and development.
3. Educational purpose
All our services are provided for educational purposes: to help you develop knowledge, skills and understanding, and to make informed decisions about your own studies, research and applications. Guidance and feedback are advisory. You decide how to use them.
4. Educational and reference materials
Any educational, sample or reference materials provided by RSI Consultants are supplied for learning, guidance and educational purposes, and must not be submitted, in whole or in part, as your own assessed work. You remain responsible for ensuring that your use of such materials complies with the rules and requirements of your educational institution.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide accurate information about your studies, project, requirements and deadlines;
- tell us about any institutional rules that limit the support you may receive;
- share only materials you are entitled to share;
- use our guidance, feedback and materials in line with these terms and your institution’s rules;
- acknowledge sources and assistance where your institution requires it.
6. Academic integrity and institutional regulations
Institutions set different rules on the external support students may receive, including proofreading, editing and the use of reference materials. You are responsible for checking and following the rules that apply to you.
We will not knowingly assist with impersonation, sitting examinations for another person, fabrication or falsification of research data, falsification of qualifications or documents, or knowingly misrepresenting another person’s work as independently produced by the client. Read our approach to academic integrity.
7. Admissions guidance
Admissions decisions are made solely by the relevant institution. RSI Consultants provides independent educational guidance and does not guarantee admission, an offer, supervisor acceptance or a place on any course or programme.
We are not an official representative or admissions agent of any university, and we do not provide visa or immigration advice. Application documents, such as personal statements, should reflect your own experience and be in your own words, in line with each institution’s requirements.
8. No guarantee of grades or results
We do not guarantee any particular grade, mark, classification, decision or academic outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own work and how your institution assesses it.
9. Scope of service
The agreed scope sets out the service, deliverables, format and expected timescale. Work outside the agreed scope may require a separate agreement and fee.
10. Enquiries and quotations
An enquiry does not create an agreement. After reviewing your enquiry, we may provide a quotation setting out the proposed service. An agreement is formed only when the scope, fee and timescale have been confirmed by both parties.
11. Fees and payment
Fees are confirmed before work begins. Available payment methods and payment terms will be confirmed as part of your quotation or service agreement. Work normally begins once the agreed payment requirements have been met.
12. Timescales and deadlines
We will confirm an expected timescale as part of the agreed scope and aim to meet it. Timescales may depend on you providing information, materials and responses when needed.
13. Revisions and follow-up
Revisions, further reviews or follow-up support are provided only where they are included in the agreed scope. Any additional work may be quoted separately.
14. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund arrangements will be set out in your quotation or service agreement. Nothing in these terms affects any rights you have under the law that applies to you.
15. Intellectual property
Your own work. You keep any rights you hold in your own original work and in the materials you share with us. We use them only to provide the agreed service.
Materials we supply. Educational, sample and reference materials supplied by us remain the intellectual property of AMMAR IRHOMA L.L.C-FZ or the relevant creator, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. They are supplied for your personal learning and reference in connection with the agreed service.
This website. The content and design of this website belong to AMMAR IRHOMA L.L.C-FZ or its licensors.
16. Confidentiality
We handle project information and communications professionally and use them only as necessary to provide the agreed service, except where disclosure is required by law.
17. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information.
18. Liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Our guidance is advisory, and decisions about how to use it remain yours. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies.
19. Right to refuse inappropriate work
We may decline an enquiry, or pause or end a service, where we reasonably believe that a request is inappropriate, unlawful or inconsistent with these terms or with academic-integrity principles.
20. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with its operation. Website content is provided for general information and may change without notice.
21. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when your service is agreed applies to that service.
